Easter marks the resurrection of Christ; it is the celebration day of all celebration days,
proclaiming Jesus' victory over death and God's saving grace. For Easter, we experimented with
lilies in the chancel (very effective) and wreaths of lilies backed with palm branches. The
latter proved to be short-lived, however.
